How to get your flags repaired

We build our flags to last, so repairs don't come up often. When they do, we'd always recommend using our team. We know every part of them inside out.

    Tell us what's up. Just include:

    • A quick description of the problem
    • Roughly when you bought them (if you know)
    Email us about a repair

  2. We'll tell you what happens next

    We'll come back to you and talk you through getting your flags to our workshop.

  3. Back on the line

    Our team gets to work, and your fully working set comes back to you.

    We aim to return your flags within 10 days of them arriving at our workshop.
