Warranty
All Touchline PowerFlags come with a free 12 month warranty for electronic components from the day of purchase. Subject to the usual T&C's.
We do offer a warranty extension for a small fee which must be taken out within 60 days of the initial purchase.
Terms & Conditions of Warranty
1. Eligibility
The extended warranty must be purchased within 60 days of the original purchase date.
It is only available to the original purchaser and applies only to the original product purchased.
We may refuse extended warranty cover if the product is already faulty, damaged, modified, or if proof of purchase cannot be provided.
2. What is covered
The extended warranty covers electronic component failure caused by a manufacturing defect, occurring during the extended warranty period and under normal intended use.
If a valid claim is accepted, we will decide whether to:
- repair the product,
- replace the product with the same or equivalent model
3. What is not covered
The extended warranty does not cover:
- accidental damage,
- misuse, neglect, or improper use,
- normal wear and tear,
- cosmetic damage,
- water damage, impact damage, or damage caused by external events,
- batteries or consumable parts unless faulty due to a manufacturing defect,
- unauthorised repairs, modifications, or tampering,
- faults caused by failure to follow care, storage, charging, or operating instructions,
- non-electronic parts,
- any fault that existed before the extended warranty was purchased.
- your postage costs to send the set us for assessment. However if a fault is found we will cover the costs to ship the item back to you.
4. Making a claim
To make a claim, customers must contact us as soon as possible after discovering the fault and provide:
- proof of purchase,
- proof of extended warranty purchase, and
- any photos, videos, or other information we reasonably request.
We may ask for the product to be returned for inspection before approving a claim.
If, after inspection, the issue is found not to be covered, we may reject the claim and return the item at the customer’s cost.
5. Important conditions
The product must be used only for its intended purpose and in line with any care or operating instructions provided.
The extended warranty is non-transferable to the purchaser and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any repair or replacement carried out under the extended warranty does not restart the warranty period.
6. Cancellation
Customers may cancel the extended warranty within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claim has been made.
After this period, the extended warranty is non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Statutory rights
This extended warranty is provided in addition to the customer’s legal rights. Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
